Between the 11th and the 15th October 2017 the fourth edition of ‘Gloria’, Making Music Malta International Music Festival was held in Malta under the patronage of the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government.
About 'Gloria'

On the 10th February 2007 an unexpected meeting took place betwen Dr John Bethell and Alexis Callus in the Lobby of the Phoenicia Hotel just outside Valletta. As Dr Bethell rushed into the hotel to shelter from the rain, there the two met and spoke. By the time the rain had stopped GLORIA 2007 had been planned.
Each edition has seen more interest and additions to the week long making music in Malta.
Participants from the North West of the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man come together to form the North West Festival Choir.
Choirs and soloists from Malta too have participated both in the concerts and workshops that take place.

3 main concerts take place with an interpretation of the main Festival piece.
